Blossom uses her yo-yo to defeat all the small UFOs, the larger one is destroyed by Bubbles’ Bubble Champagne attack. About the Powerful Foam Girls Z, the blue one uses her wand to injure Bubbles. The 3 characters of the Powerful Foam Girls Z are defeated by the Powerpuff girls Z’s Strawberry Sundae Shoots, Bubble Popper attack and hammer attack respectively. Close to the end of this part, the girls Z use erasers to erase Kare who make Tetsukazu to create troubles. The sketchbook belongs to him returns to normal. The monsters which created by Tetsukazu have so many weaknesses. They can easily defeated by the PPGZ. Kare controls everything throughout that part. Kare is the evilest villain of the entire series.

The girls’ Principal tells the Mayor that the girls are not allowed to transform because of the final exam. Professor Utonium, Ken Kitazawa and Peach form a team called ‘Powerpuff Boys Z’ to protect Tokyo city. This group of people fight with Mojo Jojo, Fuzzy Lampkins, the Amoeba Boys and the Gangreen Gang. At the same time, the girls need to work hard for the exam. At the end they failed it. The Principal and the Mayor agree the girls to have a makeup exam. Unfortunately, the girls are still worrying about the monsters appear during the makeup exam.

I think the Powerpuff Boys Z need to have better equipment like the clothes which have PPGZ functions (strong elasticity, strong against fire, shocks and violence) if they fight the enemies. The team defeated the enemies mostly by luck rather than power. Luckily Ken and Peach use the Shocking Hot Chilli bottles as a disguise of chemical Z.

To summarize the episode, this episode is a bit better than episode 7 but worse than episode 2. I will rate the episode 4.5/10 stars.
