Rosario + Vampire Season 2 Confirmed

According to both Moonphase and the latest issue of Jump Square magazine, a second season of Rosario + Vampire has been greenlit for production. A temporary name has been given to the new series entitled, “Rosario + Vampire Capu2.” It is set to begin broadcast as early as this October…

ive read the manga and ive seen all of the anime and i was hoping a season 2 but more like the manga the story

lmfao r u giz a joke? the anime is not that good compared to the manga, the manga makes the anime look like a waste of money investing in it. for instance they screwed up tsukunes time to shine (he was suppose to give kuyou one hit KO but instead all he did was save moka?) and another tsukune was suppose to get mad cause he wanted to stay human but i guess thats gonna screw the anime up even more.

I love naruto, bleach, and outher action stuff but i like stuff like chrono crusade and Elfen Lied but they had really sad endings. that’s how i got into this manga. After watching the show first I thought it was good even though there was the fanservice and everything but when I read the manga it was 10x as good as this. I really hope they can make it work because the book was totally epic and really well done.
I love this anime but in the show I hate the announcer guy that speaks when Moka transforms. anyway Vampires RULE!!!!
Oh and if anyone wants to know where the episodes are… It’s called youtube and don’t look at HOLLOW NARUTOS version the other ones are Way better quality.

Tsukune is a ghoul, but his appearance in released state is him looking like himself except red eyes, sharp teeth, and black marks on his face.

ORlyOwl as i said i got my answers and all i needed stil thanks anyway and tsukune isnt pretty much a ghoul but more like a developing vampire according to season II manga chapter 6 and i already knew about onemnaga i simply forgot i have it in my favourites and didnt know onemanga have rosario+vampire in its archives
i liked the first season though [animated one havent read the manga of the first season yet…] and it was awesome and all beside 2things
1) the ending tsukune should have kicked kyuou’s ass not moka…
2)the ending of EACH episode i mean she did treated him like food after all and all the kapuchuu in the end and the gazing and staring each time she smelled he’s blood… made me wanna punch him! and poke her! in the head… [sadly i have sined by saying that ( personal sin since im a die hard fan of animes)]

wow now reading the first season of the manga too bad they havent followed a little of it… i mean its awesome more fights and a little more emotional then the anime and much for story line… they could have made more then 13episodes that way… too bad but both anime and manga are AWESOME
wow ok now that im in the 29th of the first season of the manga of rosario+vampire im really pissed off… the anime compared to the manga is SO different i mean in the anime the fights minimally reduced to at least 45second to 50seconds and in the manga fights appear to be lasting couple of minutes and much much more brutal compared to the anime and also those outcast ayashi are there which there were not in the anime the only really shocking feature in the anime was the kuyou battle episodes (12-13) and the romance relationsships between the charcters hasnt made up any development in both manga and anime but in conclusion the manga RULES and the anime now from 10/10 only gets 9/10 T_T and hopefully the next season airing in october will include those missing links even though it isnt bound to follow the manga i hope they will include the anti athesis organization the outcast ayashi and in more development during the second season the new season II manga features and that the story line and romance line will actually develop they should take example from Zero No Tsukaima about the romance part… and an example from Claymore for the fights… in conclusion like i mentioned already manga RULES anime need’s some improvment on storyling and fight saga’s which in my opinion only takes out 1point which makes it like i already mentioned 9/10 AND WILL SOMEONE GET RID OF THAT PUSHY KURUMU AND OTHER 3? FIVE ON ONE PERSON IS BEYONED ENOUGH 0_o

sure ShadowEXP it was good and all but didnt it ticked you off they had to make him in a danger state and pull of the rosary each time? or he’s actual uslesness in the series to fight? and in the anime they even made it pretty much clear he cant do anything beside he’s speeches and that he wants the abilty to do something and as a fighter personality i and basiclly everyone wants the abilty to do something when a situation requires it… for example my friends were fighting someone that punched them last week and guy that punched my friends called on he’s friends to help him now wont you agree 5on2 is a little too much? i couldnt just sit aside watching my friends getting kicked around even if it wasnt my fight… but well… of course i wont interfere any fight just like that… a reason has been given to me in that time but might not be given to me in other situations… and this feeling is expressed in this series and many anime/reality series around the world as well so imagne the feeling youre walking the street suddenly you and your little brother are attacked(just an example) and he’s getting beaten around wont you jump and beat the guy hurting him to a bloody pulp?… =/

It’s true that the manga version of Rosario + Vampire is on onemanga.com but what is really disappointing is that fact that they DID NOT complete the first season of the manga and they DID started on the second season, I mean, what is up with that? I wanted to know the plot from when they left off in the first season to the beginning of the second season. The suspense is KILLING me @.@

Yes, I find the manga version much sweeter even though there isn’t much panties in it then the tv version, but in the manga, there are a lot more scenes and stuff that aren’t included in the tv version and Tsukune can actually kick ass when he gets Moka’s vampire blood, which is find is awesome when he kicks ass.

indeed i couldnt agree with you more about the manga and anime differences tuan the anime is nice and kinda romantic but its annoying all they do is stare and only moka does all the fighting and in the manga tsukune shows he’s not usless like he himself think about himself in the anime series but from what i see i beleive the second anime season might take those situations into consideration as from the pictures above in this topic they might include that festival in there as well as tsukune’s cousin moka’s sister and the annoying butt in girls…[mizore-chan/kurumu/youkari/rubi]

tsukune becomes a ghoul not a vampire i also made that mistake and he becomes a ghoul in the first manga season i dont remember what chapter and in the anime he gets revived at the almost end of episode 13 and season 2 will probably continue that saga as him developing and discovering his ghoul powers and his ghoul self and indeed among all the anime i watched thise is first place followed by claymore at second gurren lagann at third and many more after but thats my preferances everyone has he’s different likes ^^ and in conclusion Rosario+Vampire is the best just need to make tsukune less of a beating bag and more as the main charcter he was ment to be

tsukune was turned into a ghoul by moka and moka is a vampire. when vampires inject their blood into a human, they either die or become ghouls. since tsukune did not die, he is a ghoul. I hope that clears it up >.

Actually, Tsukune wasn’t turned into a ghoul, he turned into a vampire that has gone rampage, the act of a ghoul. Basically, He turned into a vampire that has lost his mind and goes around killing everything, like a ghoul.
Oh Jesus fucking christ…..Moka SAYS that he turned into a ghoul. Can’t you read? Volume 6, chapter 23, page 108. It even has the description for “Ghoul”.
Because of the vampire blood Tsukune was injected with, he mutated, becoming a ghoul. How the hell is that so hard to understand. He was NEVER a vampire, he just had temporary vampire powers becuase the blood from Moka had demonic energy in it. It was very wel explained in Volume 3, chapter 11, page 131 that by injecting vampire blood into a humna, you will NOT turn him into a vampire…EVER.
yo, dude, didn’t mean to upset you, but if you read Chapter 23, page 108 CAREFULLY, it says that vampires were originally a warlike species, their nature of “seeking blood and slaughter” is natural as a vampire. I don’t know why Moka says that Tsukune is equal to a ghoul but whats there is there.
