A Lucky☆Star OVA formal announcement shall be made in the June edition of Kadokawa Shoten’s Comptiq magazine — on sale May 10th…

[UPDATE 05/07/08]: According to Moonphase Diary, the new OVA is scheduled for a summer release.

Literally, the first ting out of my mouth was [GASP]. Great news, especially, when I just found out my copy of season one should be arriving very soon (perhaps tomorrow?)

I’d prefer if KyoAni releases more than a single OVA, perhaps something more along the lines of a 5 or 6 episode OVA series. Or just a second season. New content is good though.
