With the release of the June issue of Dragon Age magazine comes the new serialization of the Slayers Revolution manga…

The first episode titled, “A Crime Suspect, Lina Inverse,” re-introduces us to Lina, Gourry, Zelgadiss, and Amelia. Other characters such as Ruvinagardo Republic inspector Wizer Freion and Dragon Slave caster Pocota also appear.

In addition, the official Slayers REVOLUTION anime website updated with confirmation of the July late-night TV-Tokyo broadcast. Xelloss’ name is also mentioned on TV Tokyo’s page for the series.

The opening theme, “Plenty of Grit,” features Okui Masami in the chorus. The closing theme is titled “Revolution.”

In other related news, the June issue of Newtype magazine has been released and inside are two ads for the re-release of the original Slayers novels. The new publishing is expected to carry new cover art.

The new Slayers Megumix album from Hayashibara Megumi will be released June 30th. First Press release, which includes a Hayashibara Memorial lyric photobook, is still available, [link].
