If Sunrise decides to animate the rest (a compact 26-52 episode series as the shows final season?) I’ll be blurting out nonsense till it finally airs, as I’d be too dumbfounded to make sense. I loved this show no matter how cliched or irritating it got. *keeping my fingers crossed*

Wow………… I never thought it’d end. It was a great show.
I used to be really into this show (I never read the manga) until I got to the fucking “end” as they decided to call it. I was so. fucking. pissed. I spent so long watching 167 or something episodes of this thing wondering what would happen in the questions that arose over the span of the series, and for what? An “ending” that says “WELL WE’RE JUST GOING TO CONTINUE HUNTING DOWN THIS BAD GUY WE’VE BEEN HUNTING DOWN THE ENTIRE 167 EPISODES AND I’M SURE IT WILL STILL BE A GREAT ADVENTURE BYEBYE!!!!”. Sorry, I’m still a tad bitter.
Of course, this was quite a few years back now…did anything else ever happen with the series? Or was that seriously the ending to it. No questions answered at all. Nothing.
The fact that the ending may have a chance to be animated properly now is encouraging. It’s sad, but you know what they say about all good things… Kyoto Animation was in on the 167 episode series, if they could get the rights to do a 25-50 ep ending, that would be very, very interesting… but all is speculation as of now. I’ve always had a soft spot for period pieces and the fantasy/mythology genre, and Inuyasha made the most of both of those aspects, imho.
Wow, must be a sign of the apocalypse.
The world is ending…
I’d say world peace is nigh.
I have always given Inu Yasha the Captain Obvious award, and on occasions, the Understatement of the Year award.

“She moved!”
and it just got duller and more obvious from there. The series was a comedy for all the reasons Plan 9 is a classic.
Its about friggen time
so duz anyone know at all whether the episodes will be finished?? i’m thinking that theres gunna have to be more than 52 episodes to finish it but then again i’m probably wrong. I just want the anime to end… i still am extremely disappointed at the so called “end.”
