According to Moonphase Diary and the following scan from the April issue of Jump Square magazine, a second OVA volume of「Denpa teki na Kanojo」is being produced. The first volume is slated for release May 1st and will be bundled with volume 3 of the「Kure-nai」manga. Reportedly it will have a running time of 40 minutes.
