Enjoyable first episode to say the least. As you know the show is about four high school girls who are out to rescue the light music club from being closed down. Visuals for the closing sequence really stood out compared to the opening — love that song more as well. Prefer the original four-panel manga a little more however due to the style and pacing, but I just know the anime will really begin to appeal more as the weeks go by. Yui of course is my main focus mostly. I’m quite satisfied with the performance of her voice actress — so that’s a definite plus.

Overall an impressive start. Definitely looking forward to watching more next week.
