第03話 「特訓！」

*Impressions:

Episode 3 was all about Yui studying for a makeup test. The other three girls easily pass, however Yui earned a pathetically low score of 12. The problem lay with her spending most of her study time practicing guitar — she nearly learned all the chords however.

As it seemed hopeless for Yui to study alone, she asks Mio for help which results in a group study at Yui’s place. It’s there where the girls first meet Yui’s sister Ui. She turned out to be completely different from what they were expecting — a lot more mature.

During their group session, Ritsu kept messing around in Yui’s room finding things to do — she was punished a few times for being such a nuisance. Yui on the other hand felt it was hopeless to continue studying, even though it’s only been 30 minutes since they started. Luckily Tsumugi brought cake to eat after, which lifted Yui’s spirits. Nodoka then came over for a visit and the girls learn that Yui and her are childhood friends. Meanwhile Ritsu was busy getting better acquainted with Ui playing video games.

The day came for the makeup test and the girls nervously await the results. Yui then arrives in the clubroom appearing lifeless, but the gang learn she had just received a miraculous score of a 100.

Really did like this episode since it had plenty of cute Yui moments like…

… and how she stayed in the clubroom after saying she wouldn’t just to satisfy her sweet tooth :3 These girls sure are seen eating a lot in the show I noticed — especially in this episode.
