This is an update to the Unicorn news post made 2 weeks ago.

A formal announcement has been made. However, the wraparound jacket band found on the Gundam novel only states that a 「Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn」 anime is coming Winter 2009. It does not specify whether this is for the recently announced Unicorn movie. This also contradicts the 2010 film date announced in Italy. Could a possible TV or OVA Unicorn series be in the works as well? Or is this simply a change in schedule for the film? (Or maybe it could just mean “fiscal year” 2009 — which last till March 31st.)

[UPDATE 04.22.2009] – New scans from this month’s issue of Gundam Ace magazine have surfaced the net. Staff credits also have been revealed.
