No you do have a point there, I mean games like Soul Eater Battle Arena and the Bleach games are good to a point and usually last longer due to the content in them where story-wise is concerned but these other fighter are just that "fighters" nothing too big unless they come up with a sequel to it and now a days the sequels are no where in sight because it is like you said "People will forget about it in a matter of weeks"

It's like that with most games in today's society people play them for a while then get bored and want something else. The real problem is the quality of the games, we focus way too much on graphics for gaming and sacrifice quality. Yes it is true that if your going to spend money you should get a good looking game but personally gameplay is all the matter to me really.

Personally this game looks fun but it reminds me too much of Melty Blood which is free for the PC side, so to me if you have that then do you really need to spend money on something you might already have? True fighting fans might but to me, I'm still debating it. I don't have a 360 so if I get one then perhaps this would be good for me. Personally I hope you can change the settings to have the Japanese vocals and the english subs. I'm not a fan of the US voices usually in games, on rare occasions yes but I'd still prefer the original voice actors.

I've had it pre-ordered pretty much since they announced the artbook bonus, eagerly awaiting it, and hoping for a character that I can get into as much as I have over the years with Millia. Then KoF XII releases and I explode. Such a good time to be a fighting game fan.

BLASPHEMY! What kind of gamer would say that!? It's like saying everything should stay as NES graphics or that Soul Calibur shouldn't look pretty. Just because it's a fighter does not make it below other genres! You, you, you, GENRE-IST!

They really should stop wasting their time going all out on the animation since its just a fighter-game.

I think a hit-anime would do much better. (its just a matter of weeks before anyone forgets this ever happened.)

It comes out in Japan one day after my birthday. I don't play fighters much, it's moments like this that it hurts.

They don't advertise for the PS3 much anymore, do they?
