According to the official website, a second season of 「Natsu no Arashi!」 will air this Fall.

Excellent news! I just watched episode 11 and considering that the manga is still ongoing, I didn't think things could be properly wrapped up (short of SHAFT doing their own ending) with the number of episodes left.
