i see this in a website for release dates for Shakugan no Shana S:

Domicile – based on the story in book SII of the Light Novels (Official Release Date: February 26, 2010)
Zoetrope – based on events on Shakugan no Shana Light Novel SII. (Release Date: May 2010)
Ceremony – from book S of the Light Novels (Release Date: August 2010)
Release dates for the consequent episodes and their titles do not automatically correspond with each other. Also, official release dates are subject to change.
