ECOS?
That doesn't realy matter, does it? Just (eroge-) companies who want to be rated by them have to follow those guidelines. And it's not like Type-Moon has any need of being rated by them, as if Nasu would bow his head to them… In fact, I don't think any company who wants to publish things the ECOS doesn't allow is part of them. Just think about all the loli rape games every month.
