According to the official Crypton blog, an experimental project known as 「Project if…」 is currently in its development stages. The result will hopefully be something new and special that’s outside the already successful CV series. From the sample below, you can hear an actual child singer providing the vocals to this freshly revealed Vocaloid project…

「Project if…」 is centered around the concept of “what if” and, for this case, “innocent childlike voice.” Please note, this project is being developed concurrently with Hatsune Miku Append and the CV male seiyuu addition. Quite a busy year for them indeed.
