According to Comic natalie, an OVA based off the prequel manga of 「One Piece」 has been confirmed. However, “Episode 0″ will receive a limited release of just 3000 copies; distributed in an upcoming House Foods prize campaign. The prequel manga itself will be published in the 53rd issue of Weekly Shonen Jump. In addition, the first 1.5 million attendees of the movie, 「ONE PIECE FILM Strong World」, will receive “Volume 0″ of the manga — due out December 12th. It will depict the world of One Piece 20 years ago.
