A scan from the latest issue of Weekly Shounen Sunday magazine reveals a new 「Zettai Karen Children」 OVA. It will cover the junior high school story arc found in Shiina Takashi’s manga series. Scheduled for release sometime in 2010.

Weird, I say that JC Staff did a decent job on hayate second season. If that's the comparison you're drawing from. I agree that the original studio and staff handling it owuld do a better job though.
