“Hatsune Miku Project DIVA” – PS3 Dreamy Theater Release Date

According to the official website for the PSP rhythm game, 「Hatsune Miku Project DIVA」, the PSP-to-PS3 connectivity add-on known as 「Dreamy Theater」 will be available for download on June 24th. It is priced at 3,000 JPY (~$33 USD). The DLC will work with your current savefile and is compatible with the latest music packs — 「Miku Uta Okawari」 and the upcoming 「Motto Okawari, Rin-Len-Luka」. In addition, there will be a new My Best playlist feature which would allow the player to select their favorite songs and PVs for view.

I know it hasn't been released yet, but how is it played? I know the gameplay(I've played the game), but how do you actually access Dreamy Theater?

It says it can only be downloaded from PSN, so does that mean you'll have to download it from your PS3? Or maybe download it on the PSP then connect to the PS3?

sorry for the questions… I'm a bit impatient with this kind of stuff…

To put it in a simple way, Dreamy Theater is basically “play Project Diva on your PS3″. You could even use the PSP as a controller.

I already know that… I was asking how you'd be able to access it… I mean, do you like, download the file(Dreamy Theater) on your PSP(put it in a folder) and then play it on the PS3? Or do you download it on your PS3 directly, connect the PSP via Remote Play and then play it?

I was asking how you'd make it work… sorry again for asking… I don't know japanese so I'm kind of panicking of how I'd be able to play the game correctly

Yes, you download it on your PS3 and connect the PSP. In fact, you need the PSP game to play Dreamy Theater

u must have the psp project diva game to play and it has to be the first 1 not the 2nd version of the game and the ps3 is a app from psn store to use to enhance the psp graphics to ps3 graphics and play it on a bigger screen.

so i’ve got the game, 1st one

and i orderd the psn japan card and i have the account rdy,

im just a little confused about getting it, i want to make sure i download the right one, and i still need to figure out how to load the card when it arrives :/

i sorta get how to set it up, its just getting it thats the problem..

i looked on the store and found one that has an image wth dreamy theatre on it so im guessing thats the 1…

there are a couple of things you can download to translate the games or you can just compare words on a few sites that have the translations on the web page(what I use with my copy of project diva one) such as the project diva wiki
