Vocaloid “Lily” – Official Song Demo! *UPDATE

There is vocaloid 1 and 2 for the western and English speaking audience.
It's just nobody ever talks about them because most belive that their voices aren't KAWAIIIII DESSUUUU111 enough. (Japan went with KAwAii Desu!!1 look where that got them. All their voice new voice banks are starting to sound like their old ones.
English Vocaloids:

Leon- The very first male vocaloid to come into existence.
The most versitile voicebank of vocaloid 1, and used to be vocaloid 2 until Miku Append came out.
Has a habit of sounding flat. Editing will usually fix those problems.

Lola- The most heavily critized and bashed female vocaloid.
Frequently accused by sounding like a male. (By Miku, Rin, and Len fans usually.) Which is somewhat understandable due to her being the first female vocaloid and being designed to be a Soul Singer.

Miriam- Has a soft, deep, voice with a British accent. Speaks Korean, Japanese, and Russian, well despite not being made for said languages.

Sweet Ann- The first vocaloid of the vocaloid 2 series. (Yup, this vocaloid was, not Miku. :P)
Has an Australian accent, and a somewhat “sweet,” sounding voice. Commonly used in Pop, and Rock music, though she also sings songs of the Country, and Classic Rock genre quite well.
Heavily critized by avatar saavy vocaloid fans for her “scary,” and “demonic,” box art.

Prima- The first opera singing vocaloid.
This vocaloid can hit high notes with accuracy and ease, and has a British accent. Her voice though, isn't well suited for anything other than Opera. This can be fixed with editing, but can be extremely difficult.
Extremely popular with professionals due to her “professional” looking boxart, and the genre she sings.
Ironically, her 2 most popular fanmade designs, don't look professional, and more resemble a 10-year-old ballerina, and a magical girl anime character.

Sonika- Created by Zero-G to be the ultimate multi-lingual vocaloid. Claiming she can sing in any language possible. Ironically, her English is somewhat hard to understand. Many claim her to be the worst vocaloid. Though, it isn't that she's bad.
Sonika is more suited for expert vocaloid users only.
First vocaloid to be sold in China, and Taiwan.

Big Al- The third English male vocaloid. Announced on January 21, 2007. Released on December 22, 2009, due to voice recording issues. Has a Swedish accent at times, and had his boxart redesigned. (Originally had “demonic” boxart like Sweet Ann.)
Big Al's voice can go lower than any of the other male vocaloids, (Japanese, or English.) Him along with Sweet Ann are based off of monsters his being Frankenstein's Monster. (Sweet Ann is based off of the Frankenstein's Bride.)

Tonio- The operistic male vocaloid. Released this July, can sing multiple languages such as Spanish. Unlike his intended counterpart Prima, he can be edited so he can sing songs of other genres more easily.

Japan is losing their touch, aren't they?
Well, you can only have so many high pitched voice banks before they all start sounding the same. :|
Yes, her boxart is pretty ugly too.
