According to the March issue of Monthly Shounen Ace magazine, a third season of 「Sora no Otoshimono」 has been formally announced.

Ok guys this is just mere speculation coming from me, but I think that it will be near the end of October/November of this year since they would probably end the season again with their birthday/Christmas. (Idk for fact I havent read manga) So.. umm.. yea.. itd be better if it was like summer, but I havent heard anything about a date yet, so its just a guess.
