“Little Busters!” – Anime To Be Produced by J.C. Staff

The studio has the skills the make the animation look good (AnoNatsu), but the director is a wildcard. Kill me Baby was bad, but it’s wasn’t notably badly directed, the source material didn’t leave any room for making it good, to begin with. 

At the beginning, God created life,
Life created man who made technology,Soon technology made animation possible,and now JC Staff prodces Little Busters,the epic cycle of life continues.

This is all I have to say about J.C. Staff and adaptations in general.

My first choice would’ve been KyoAni, the second would have been PA Works, but JC Staff has always been a pretty dependable company that churns out decent enough work, so I guess I’m OK with this.  I am glad they got the same character designer as Inu X Boku & Tamayura, so still looking forward to seeing this.

It can be disappointing that Kyoto Animation did not pick this up, considering they had picked up Key titles before.  But JC Staff is a good-rep company with visually good titles. So unless I see something disastrous, I’m OK that Little Busters, after being out in the open for so long, would finally get an anime.

Hidan no Aria, Kamisama no memo chou and Shakugan no shana Final’s animation quality were really good, those is the closest I can get when finding a similar character design with LB! and JC Staff did so much anime already and has proven themselves from all anime shows I’ve seen so far, I don’t regret not having PA Works with this :)
