Group G, Day 2 – First Round Match-up(s):

In Group G-2, we have one of two Saki S-tiers that have their matches today. The last time one caught sight of Nodocchi in the main tournament was in 2010 where she lost to eventual Saimoe chief Azu-nyan in the Quarterfinals; 769-939. This morning she’ll be competing against Mio and Mami whom don’t really have much of a chance against such an elite group of reps.

In Group G-6, Nadeko may have failed to secure her place in the second round over the weekend, but Hitagi’s future looks a little brighter. She performed far better than her adversaries Kouko and Suzuha in the prelims so the odds are in her favor.

In Group G-10, much like Nodocchi, Ako won first place in her group in the preliminaries — by an extremely high margin no less. This might end up being overkill in the end.
