Group G, Day 3 – First Round Match-up(s):

In Group G-3, it has not been a good run for the Amagami camp so far in this tournament. Only Tsukasa has been able to progress to the second round so far — and today is their last chance to have another rep make it to R2. However K-ON has been performing rather well with 3 of their own vets advancing to the next battle. Have to go with the team that clearly wants it the most.

In Group G-7, Nao of Onisuki may still be recovering from a devasting R2 loss last year, but I feel she’ll have a new chance this year as well. Sure she may not have the aid of Mayuka and Iroha with her this time around, however her performance in the prelims hasn’t deteriorated by that much so I’m hopeful for her.

In Group G-11, another one of my 5 top picks is ready for her showdown! Ika ended up winning second place in her Prelim group, so the odds are clearly in her favor compared to the other two. Lets just hope her supporters are ready to bring their game face on as well.
