17 Oct
Winner: Toki Onjouji.
This was the match of the year considering how the outcome would set the pace for the rest of the contest — one can only hope the Grand Finals will be as exciting. Toki the S-tier heavy hitter, along with the support of her unrelenting faction, was put to the test yesterday against the most promising non-Saki newcomer this tournament has yet to see. In the end, just how good would this Group Finals be exactly?
Group Bf Results:
Congratulations Toki. You have survived your most extensive test so far. (Is it now safe to say that someone from Saki will win for sure this year?) Her amazing run is kept alive with a vote tally of 583; roughly 166 more so than Akari. She’ll be moving on to the Quarterfinals.
Focusing now on to the Group C finals we have Saki’s Hisa versus Smile’s Yayoi. Who better to represent Precure this year than her really — especially in a moe contest. (You can’t tell me your heart didn’t melt a little after seeing that mech episode last weekend!) So yes, I want Cure Peace to at least make it to Top 8. That would be satisfying enough for this fan. Good luck to your picks.
