The PSP-to-PS3 connectivity add-on known as 「Dreamy Theater」 will be available on the Japanese Playstation Store June 24th; priced at 3,000 JPY (~$33 USD). On it you’ll be able to play 「Hatsune Miku -Project DIVA-」 with re-rendered graphics displaying your favorite Vocaloid idols in high-def. To try to convince you even further, Sega has released a longer trailer for the upcoming DLC data — which can be viewed after the jump.

Sega’s PSP rhythm game, 「Hatsune Miku -Project DIVA-」, has another DLC coming soon. The 「Motto Okawari Rin, Len, Luka」 music deluxe package II includes 18 brand new songs — which are Dreamy Theater compatible, high-polygon movies, custom themes, and a communication-type Toeto game where you can dress, talk, and play with her. It will be available at the Japanese Playstation Store July 1st — priced at 3,000 JPY (~$33 USD).

As you all know, Sega’s PSP rhythm game, 「Hatsune Miku -Project DIVA-」, has a new PSP-to-PS3 connectivity add-on coming out. With the 「Dreamy Theater」 DLC data installed on your PS3, you’ll be able to play as your favorite virtual singing idols in full HD! All you need is your PSP, (loaded with a copy of the original Project DIVA game), connected to the Playstation 3 system. No word yet if this will also be compatible with the upcoming 「Hatsune Miku -Project DIVA- 2nd」 PSP game coming out in July.
