Earlier this week, the doujin circle Manpuku Jinja released a new promotional video for the second episode of 「Fantasy Kaleidoscope ~The Memories of Phantasm~」 — a Touhou-based anime series. It promises to feature over 50 characters. The trailer also includes music by Yuuhei Satellite with Kishida Kyoudan & The Akeboshi Rockets. It is available for view after the cut.

「ガールズ&パンツァー」 by (はせ☆)

According to the series’ official Twitter account, an animated 「Girls und Panzer」 film is currently in development. The movie will be a sequel to the original TV series. Mizushima Tsutomu will once again be serving as director. It is slated to premiere in Japanese theaters sometime in 2014.

According to Mantan Web, Kyoto Animation’s next project is an original swimming club TV anime, entitled 「Free!」. The broadcast premiere of the new series is scheduled to air this July on channel ABC and Tokyo MX.

「ゼロの使い魔」 by (桶狼のgaryljq)

Yamaguchi Noboru, author of the light novel 「Zero no Tsukaima」 and visual novel 「Green Green」, had passed away on April 4th after a two-year battle with cancer. He was 41 years old. An obituary dedicated to him was posted by Media Factory’s publishing label MF Bunko J yesterday morning.
